Job summary

Stateside Brands in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a highly organized Point of Sale Coordinator to support the execution and management of POS materials and programs in retail. You will work closely with the POS Manager and Brand Team to coordinate materials, timelines, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced beverage/CPG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, operations, retail merchandising, or shopper marketing.
• Experience working with partnership or licensing agencies preferred.
• Understanding of partnership approval workflows and branded merchandise processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement and ordering process for POS materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with fulfillment vendors and customers to track production timelines and delivery.
• Maintain strong vendor and agency relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
• Manage POS assets and ensure licensing/approval compliance.
• Support partnership approvals and timelines with leagues or licensing bodies.
• Monitor finance-sales communications for billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and partners to execute POS programs at retail.
• Organize and maintain POS assets, files and internal documentation.
• Coordinate POS needs for field teams and distribution of materials.
• Analyze program performance and compile POS/shopping marketing reports.
