Job summary

Beverage South Distributors is seeking a Point-of-Sale Associate Designer and Coordinator to support the sales team with POS tools and materials. You will design, receive, inventory and store POS items, ensuring they are organized and distributed to the proper locations and teams.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to work a flexible schedule. You will collaborate with sales and administrative staff, maintain POS logs and ensure safety rules are followed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a Business Degree or five-year equivalent in the beverage industry.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and speaking; strong presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Corel Draw and Adobe Reader.

Responsibilities

• Support, design, receive, inventory and store all point of sale materials and merchandise.
• Communicate POS received immediately to all appropriate parties.
• Keep POS areas clean, organized and presentable at all times.
• Serve as backup to Sign Shop Administrators when volume warrants or for vacations.
• Maintain open communication with sales management and attend sales meetings as needed.
• Stage and label POS for daily delivery to retail and communicate POS log to departments.
• Maintain current inventory of regulated glassware and tap handles; inform teams of shortages.
