Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a Merchandising Solutions Specialist to optimize POS inventory, drive speed-to-market for POS elements, and manage the intake process supporting our digital store and coupon creation. You will report to the Merchandising Solutions Manager and own the POS intake workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Experience managing workflows and projects across a large organization preferred.
• Knowledge of Marketing print materials a plus.
• Previous Consumer Packaged Goods experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of Coke Florida coupons and provide data for reports.
• Ensure marketing invoices are processed for payment or reimbursement.
• Manage POS inventory intake with shipping and fulfillment partners for local/national programs.
• Represent Coke Florida on system workstreams and special projects as needed.
• Provide frequent status updates with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrate self-starter mindset and deliver sustainable results.
