Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to execute planograms, manage signage, and handle price changes across stores. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service and supporting merchandise resets and PDQ assembly.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work in a retail environment with physical tasks, including lifting and moving merchandise. Training and safety procedures are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes and signage maintenance.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service in stores using GURA.
