Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service while maintaining planograms and store standards.

Ideal candidates have prior retail merchandising experience, are at least 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred; must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred not required; ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; basic computer skills; self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and store signage.
• Assist with merchandise, fixture assembly and PDQ installation.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale.
