Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team and work primarily in-store to own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and related tasks. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service while supporting jogs like merchandise assembly and fixture setup.

The role requires reliability, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset, with shifts varying by store.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are preferred.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Must be self-directed and able to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Make the customer a priority when approached and provide legendary customer service while in stores through the use of GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
