Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with start-to-finish merchandising tasks, planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

You will interact with customers and team members and help maintain planogram integrity, execute merchandising standards, and assist with various store tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Greet, uncover customer needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
