Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in one store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, fixture assembly, and related tasks. You will interact with customers and teammates while delivering legendary customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Must be self-directed and have the ability to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
