Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish merchandising tasks in-store. You will manage planograms, signage, price changes, and fixtures, while supporting customers and fellow team members with legendary service.

The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations to resolve issues and improve store presentation. Safety and teamwork are core to the position.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recovery.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA approach.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
