Job summary

H-E-B Pharmacy is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team and help deliver accurate, efficient patient services in a fast-paced retail setting.

The ideal candidate has a Texas CPhT credential, strong customer service skills, and experience with RxEVO/RxIMS. You will assist with prescriptions, inventory, recalls, and coordination of immunization events while upholding HIPAA privacy standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• 1+ years as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Texas CPhT license and pharmacy technician certification; required continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and uphold service standards.
• Input and verify prescriptions in RxEVO; manage third-party prescriptions and adjudication.
• Coordinate Rx screening events, flu shot scheduling, and immunization events.
• Maintain inventory; process invoices daily and verify deliveries.
• Operate and maintain prescription processing equipment; ensure PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance.
