Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and maintain service standards
• Process prescriptions and input patient information accurately
• Resolve third-party issues and adjudication reviews
• Coordinate Rx screening events and immunization scheduling
• Order inventory and manage daily invoicing
• Review Warehouse and DSD orders and check deliveries for accuracy
• Maintain automated dispensing equipment and perform calibration
• Ensure PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance
