Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and maintain service standards.
• Process prescriptions with RxEVO and verify patient data.
• Coordinate immunizations, screening events, and related scheduling.
• Maintain inventory and manage invoices; review orders.
• Operate and troubleshoot automated dispensing equipment (Kirby Lester, ScriptPro).
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and compliance with SOPs; adhere to 5-S principles.
• Assist with recalls, storage, and other duties as needed.
