The Towers Outpatient Pharmacy at Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Tech to join our team. In this full-time position, you will support the pharmacist by processing prescriptions, preparing medications, and handling third-party billing while delivering accurate, patient-centered care.

You must have at least a high school diploma, one year of retail pharmacy tech experience, and an active Michigan license; certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a retail pharmacy technician.
• Active Michigan Pharmacy Tech license.
• Pharmacy Tech certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and compile patient information required to process prescriptions.
• Process and fill prescriptions; generate labels and documents for use.
• Operate pharmacy software and related equipment; manage basic billing.
• Review third-party billing and insurance procedures in a timely manner.
• Communicate with patients, physicians, nurses, and staff effectively.
• Assist discharge prescription program and maintain documentation as required.
