Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a part-time Retail Pharmacy Technician to support the Towers Outpatient pharmacy. You will process prescriptions, handle third-party billing, and assist in maintaining inventory and patient care during discharge processes.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of experience as a retail pharmacy technician, Michigan licensure, and preferably a Pharmacy Tech certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and Health System personnel and processes prescriptions.
• Maintains pharmacy software, automation, and equipment.
• Reviews data for billing procedures and third-party payers.
• Interacts with patients, physicians, and staff to support discharge prescriptions.
• Ensures accuracy in order entry, labeling, and medication preparation.
