Qualifications

• Current Texas Pharmacy License.
• 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Retail Pharmacy Manager manages all retail pharmacy operations for designated site and hourly pharmacy personnel.
• Performs professional duties and responsibilities, associated with processing prescriptions to meet objectives.
• Ensures prompt and courteous customer service by all pharmacy personnel.
• Profitable operation of the designated retail pharmacy including managing costs and inventory.
• Maintains compliance with policies, procedures and applicable laws; trains staff as needed.
