Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or Pharm D degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Current Texas Pharmacy license in good standing.
• 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Able to operate computer terminals for prescription processing.
• Strong communication with Pharmacy staff and leadership.
• Proven customer service excellence and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work under stress and maintain accuracy.
• Professional appearance and conduct at work.

Responsibilities

• Manage all retail pharmacy operations for the designated site.
• Oversee hourly staff, schedules, and overtime.
• Pharmacist-in-charge duties including staff education and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and security procedures.
• Supervise inventory, COGs, and procurement within budget.
• Promote staff training and career development.
• Maintain accurate records and HIPAA-compliant practices.
• Support patient safety and high-quality customer service.
• Implement and manage clinical pharmacy programs and immunizations.
