Job summary
Snoqualmie Valley Health is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Manager to provide leadership, operational oversight, and clinical governance for the outpatient pharmacy in the surgery building. This role combines pharmacist duties with management to deliver safe, efficient medication services and ensure regulatory compliance.
The manager will lead pharmacy staff, oversee dispensing, inventory, and transitions of care, while partnering with surgeons, nurses, and clinic teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Pharmacist License in good standing.
- Minimum 1–2 years as Retail Pharmacist.
- 3–5 years in pharmacy leadership or healthcare leadership.
- Experience with pharmacy operations, medication safety, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail pharmacy operations including dispensing, counseling and customer service.
- Manage inventory, controlled substances, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to support continuity of care.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and organizational policies.
- Coach and develop pharmacy staff and ensure competency across the team.
