• Pharmacist with BS or PharmD and licensure in district states.
• Immunizer certification or willingness to become one within 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.
• Experience with state/federal controlled substances laws.
• Strong leadership with positive performance history; no major disciplinary actions last 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Counsels patients on medicine usage, interactions, and safety, including OTC options.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures accurate dispensing and adherence to regulations and policies.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, and workflow to maintain efficient operations.
• Maintains Good Faith Dispensing standards and partnerships with providers.
• Develops business opportunities with Store Manager and oversees IT and inventory.
• Supports insurance billing and resolves payer issues; handles audits.
• Provides immunizations, diagnostic testing, and other clinical services.
• Leads training, performance reviews, and staff development.
