Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree or equivalent and licensed in good standing.
• 2+ years of related retail experience or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• License must be in good standing.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Ability to read prescriptions and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform functions of a staff pharmacist and lead the pharmacy team to minimize wait times.
• Develop and promote the sales plan and initiatives for the division pharmacy department.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Direct staff to optimize warehouse utilization and inventory control.
• Monitor third‑party profitability and handle issues with insurers promptly.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs and maintain budgeted goals.
• Maintain all required pharmacy records and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Lead public health initiatives and disease state management services.
