Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to provide strategic leadership and clinical direction for safe, efficient pharmaceutical care across our operations.

You will lead the pharmacy team, review prescriptions for safety and accuracy, oversee dispensing workflows, and partner with physicians and nurses to optimize therapy and patient safety in a compliant, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required or
• Doctor of Pharmacy required, with minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience at hire
• Pharmacist license in Washington state (WA) upon hire
