Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Must understand Medicare Part B, Medicaid supplies, DME billing and government regulations.
• Previous Pharmacy Management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pharmacy department operations during assigned shifts.
• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through quality service.
• Supervise pharmacists, technicians, and clerks including float staff.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and laws governing retail pharmacy.
