Zusammenfassung

The Coborn's, Inc. Pharmacist oversees the Pharmacy department operations, customer satisfaction and loyalty, and employee management during assigned shifts in a pharmacy.

You will work closely with pharmacists, technicians, and clerks to ensure compliance with all policies and local laws while supporting store and district goals. Qualifikationen

• Pharmacist position requires a Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD Degree(s) from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Must understand Medicare Part B, Medicaid supplies, DME billing and government regulations.
• Previous Pharmacy Management experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Proven leadership skills and business acumen are preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with diverse teams.

• Oversee Pharmacy department operations, customer satisfaction, and loyalty during assigned shifts.
• Manage pharmacists, technicians, and clerks, including regular, floating, and casual staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Federal, State and Local laws governing retail pharmacy.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy, Store, and Pharmacy District Managers to align site initiatives with corporate goals.
• Drive financial goals and operating metrics (sales, labor, gross margin, CTO, inventory).
