Job summary

Coborn’s is seeking a Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring patient care and regulatory compliance. You will lead a team of pharmacists, technicians, and clerks, collaborating with district leadership to support Coborn’s strategic goals.

You’ll contribute to financial targets by optimizing sales, labor, gross margin and inventory while delivering a positive pharmacy experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Must understand Medicare Part B, Medicaid supplies, DME billing and government regulations.
• Previous Pharmacy Management experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations during shifts with focus on patient care.
• Lead the pharmacy team to ensure regulatory compliance and service quality.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy leadership to support site initiatives and targets.
• Contribute to financial targets by optimizing sales, labor, margins, and inventory.
