Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to oversee the pharmacy department operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage staff during assigned shifts. You will work closely with pharmacists, technicians and clerks, including floating and casual staff.

An important component is ensuring compliance with all policies and laws governing the practice of retail pharmacy while coordinating with district and store leadership to support strategic goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pharmacy department operations, customer satisfaction and loyalty, and employee management during assigned shifts.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and clerks including regular, floating and casual staff.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and Federal, State and Local laws governing retail pharmacy.
• Coordinate with Pharmacy, Store and Pharmacy District Managers to align site initiatives with strategic goals.
