Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and manage staff across assigned shifts.

You will work closely with pharmacists, technicians, and clerks, including floating and casual staff, ensuring adherence to all policies and applicable laws. The role requires a Pharmaceutical degree and a commitment to maintaining compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations while aligning with store and district leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or PharmD required, from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Age requirement of at least 18 years old.
• Compliance with Federal, State and Local laws governing retail pharmacy and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pharmacy department operations, customer satisfaction and loyalty, and employee management during assigned shifts.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff including pharmacists, technicians and clerks, including floating and casual staff.
• Ensure site and company initiatives are coordinated with strategic goals and objectives.
