Job summary

Coborn’s is seeking a Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations, focusing on patient care and team leadership. The role requires collaboration with pharmacists, technicians, and clerks to ensure smooth service and regulatory compliance.

You will work with Pharmacy, Store, and District leadership to support Coborn’s strategic goals and contribute to financial and operational targets. Coborn’s emphasizes employee ownership and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Must understand Medicare Part B, Medicaid supplies, DME billing and government regulations.
• Previous Pharmacy Management experience is preferred, but not mandatory; strong leadership and business acumen requested.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead a team of pharmacists, technicians and clerks to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with Coborn’s policies and all federal/state/local regulations governing retail pharmacy.
• Partner with Pharmacy, Store and District leadership to support site-level and company initiatives.
