Job summary

Coborn’s is seeking a Pharmacist to manage daily pharmacy operations, leading teams and ensuring regulatory compliance across shifts. You’ll collaborate with pharmacists, technicians and clerks to deliver patient-centered care and a consistent pharmacy experience.

You will work with Pharmacy leadership to achieve financial and operational targets, support store goals, and promote Coborn’s values, growth opportunities, and employee benefits. Experience in management preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Understand Medicare Part B, Medicaid supplies, DME billing and government regulations.
• Pharmacy management experience is preferred.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the pharmacy during assigned shifts.
• Lead team members including pharmacists, technicians and clerks.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and applicable federal, state and local regulations.
• Partner with Pharmacy, Store and Pharmacy District leadership to support site goals and company initiatives.
