Job summary

Qualifications

College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
Ability to develop comfort with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment via NMLS is required.

Responsibilities

Use consultative sales process and needs assessment to identify financial needs.
Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services to propose solutions.
Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities as directed.
Refer customers to Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners when appropriate.
Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals while protecting customer information.
