Qualifications

College degree or work experience with transferable skills.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell.
Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
Strong communication and professional demeanor.
S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment via NMLS.

Responsibilities

Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities and community events.
Establish relationships with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and protect customer information.
Follow policies and procedures and actively manage risk.
