• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze credit and financial information with math.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise good judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS required at employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to profile customers and identify needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail products and services and recommend solutions.
• Use CAMP and Marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professionalism and ethics.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed; protect confidentiality.
• Mitigate fraudulent activity and manage risk as part of daily duties.
