Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Experience with sales activities to acquire or cross-sell customers.
• Strong math skills for credit and financial analysis.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to use good judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS required at employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail products and services and recommend solutions using our value proposition.
• Utilize CAMP and Marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Establish relationships with assigned Business Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral process.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Conduct and established policies; keep business confidential.
• Participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes; travel for training as needed.
