• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration is required at employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and promote solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and marketing tools.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities.
• Refer customers to partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Investments) for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals; drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a professional demeanor.
