Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and marketing tools to set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and collaborate with Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to provide holistic solutions.
