Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and needs assessment to identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and schedule financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Business Partners to refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
• Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor.
