Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers or cross-sell.
• Ability to understand advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
• Ability to represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in appearance and communication.
• Familiarity with Retail policies and procedures to practice sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and propose solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to provide financial solutions.
