Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and propose solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and Marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities as directed.
• Coordinate with Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referrals.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answer customer questions and own issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of business information.
• Follow Code of Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Open/serve full range of Retail products following established procedures.
• Participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes from application to closing.
• Assist in opening/closing of Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
• Stay current on Retail procedures to mitigate fraud and risk.
