Qualifications

College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell.
Ability to analyze credit and financial information with basic math.
Professional representation of the bank in appearance and communication.
Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures and sound judgment.
S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment (NMLS).

Responsibilities

Use consultative sales to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
Reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
Collaborate with partners to refer customers for holistic solutions.
Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals; contribute to revenue growth.
Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and ethics.
