Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to engage customers with sales activities.
• Ability to interpret basic financial data and math functions.
• Compliance with SAFÉ Act/NMLS requirements at employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify customer financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and propose solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outreach events.
• Collaborate with partners across Mortgage, Small Business, and more.
• Assist in opening/servicing Retail products while ensuring risk controls.
