Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services and recommend solutions.
• Set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial teams.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
