Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates in Fairview, TN for a Retail Personal Banker I role. The program trains you through a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification to perform as part of the Retail Personal Banker family.

The role focuses on using consultative sales to identify and meet customer needs, with responsibilities spanning teller duties, relationship-building, and cross-selling across financial center and Bank Mart

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Ability to understand advanced math functions for analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise sound judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS required at time of employment.

Responsabilités

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and approved tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Establish relationships with internal Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) for referrals.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to year-over-year revenue growth.
