Fifth Third Bank in Nashville, TN is seeking a Retail Personal Banker I as part of a 4-8 week onboarding program that includes rotations in operations and Sales & Service. The role focuses on using a consultative sales process to identify the financial needs of customers or prospects, acquire new households, and deepen relationships.

• Experience in sales to acquire new households or cross-sell to existing customers.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales process and needs assessment to identify customer financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Set appointments for periodic financial reviews using approved tools.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to provide solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals while managing risk and ethics.
