Qualifications

• Ability to analyze credit and financial information using basic math.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures and sound judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment (NMLS).

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify customer financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and offer appropriate solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Banking Partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
