Fifth Third Bank in Houston seeks a Retail Personal Banker I after completing a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service. A certification follows to enable progression within the Retail Personal Banker family.

The role emphasizes consultative sales to meet customers' financial needs and cross-selling within a collaborative team. This position requires risk awareness, adherence to policies, and strong customer service.

Competenze

College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and/or cross-sell.
Must understand advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.

Mansioni

Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a thorough customer profile and identify current and future financial needs.
Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
Establish relationships with partner lines (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to provide holistic financial solutions.
Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive year-over-year revenue growth.
Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, helpful demeanor and professional conduct.
