Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to assess financial needs and build customer profiles.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct periodic financial reviews.
• Refer customers to Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners as appropriate.
• Open/close the Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed by the Financial Center Manager.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
