Responsibilities

• Build customer profiles using consultative sales and needs assessment.
• Cross-sell Retail products to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Coordinate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial partners to refer customers.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
• Support opening/closing processes for Financial Centers and Bank Marts.
