Qualifications

• College degree or work experience applicable to financial services.
• Ability to apply consultative sales to identify customer needs.
• Strong communication and numerical reasoning for financial reviews.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales and needs assessment to identify customer financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and cross-sell solutions.
• Set appointments for periodic financial reviews using CAMP.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial teams for referrals.
• Meet production goals and promote positive customer experiences.
