Fifth Third Bank in Princeton, IN is seeking candidates for a Retail Personal Banker I role. Selected candidates complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification to demonstrate required skills.

The position emphasizes consultative sales to identify customer needs, cross-selling to existing households, and collaboration with branch partners.

Formación

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities.
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions that will allow for analysis of credit and financial information.

Responsabilidades

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a thorough customer profile and identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using our value proposition.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and follow policy.
