Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Atlanta, GA is seeking entry-level Retail Personal Banker I prospects who will rotate through operations and Sales & Service during a 4-8 week onboarding.

The program leads to certification and a role focusing on consultative sales to meet customer needs, cross-selling, and building relationships.

Location Atlanta area, bilingual Spanish highly preferred; benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information with basic math.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and propose solutions.
• Cross-sell to the existing customer base and set appointments.
• Coordinate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment).
• Meet and exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
