Selected candidates complete a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification to perform as a Retail Personal Banker. The role involves teller duties, lobby leadership, and tele-consulting to grow household relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales to identify and meet customer financial needs.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Professional representation of the bank in person and in writing.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures and applying good judgment.
• NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment time.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners.
