Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire customers.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information with basic math.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise sound judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to profile customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Utilize CAM P and tools to set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners and refer customers when needed.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and revenue goals.
